THE 2019 DORY LAKES ANNUAL OWNERS MEETING BOARD COMING UP SOON!! SATURDAY, AUGUST 24th FROM 12NOON TO 3PM AT THE COLUMBINE COMMUNITY PARK!
SCHEDULE: Potluck Picnic Lunch from 12-1pm with Annual Meeting and Nomination of New Board Member Candidates from 1-3pm. Hot Dogs, Burgers, and Drinks will be provided. Feel free to bring a potluck dish to share if you like, but it is not required.
VOTING: Nominated candidates for the 2 open Board of Director positions will be voted on by members present at the meeting or represented by proxy. Any member wishing to vote by proxy may do so by sending their proxy notice to the President via the Dory Lakes email address, or to any of the current board members, whose email addresses can all be found on this website under “Menu”, then click on “Board Members” in the About section.

If a PROPERTY OWNER is making ANY TYPE OF IMPROVEMENT i.e. Home, Garage, Deck, Shed, Fence, New Roof, New Septic, etc…Dory Lakes Property Owners Association has Covenants and Architectural Rules that have been in place for over 30 years that must be adhered to. Certified Plans must be sent to DLPOA ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE, PO Box 666, Black Hawk CO 80422 Attn: President prior to getting your permit from Gilpin County!!
ALL IMPROVEMENTS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE EVEN IF A PERMIT IS NOT REQUIRED!!
