Make a reservation
Interested in reserving the pavilion in Columbine Park for a private event? Please read the rules below, then fill out and submit this form. Once your reservation has been confirmed by a Board member, we will ask that you mail a $50 deposit to hold your reservation. Members making a reservation should be current on their DLPOA membership dues for the current year.
Columbine Park reservations include private use of the pavilion and surrounding area (playground is not included).
Please note that checks will be held until after your event and destroyed upon verification that the park equipment has been returned in good condition and that the facilities are left clean with ALL trash removed from the park grounds and containers.
