If you would like to request the use of one of DLPOA’s two wood splitters, please fill out and submit this form. Your reservation will be confirmed by a Board member, who will coordinate pick-up at Columbine Park.

Please note that the wood splitter is available to members who have paid their DLPOA membership dues for the current year.

IN CONSIDERATION of permission herein granted to use DLPOA's log splitter, I agree to assume all liability growing out of any injury to or death of any person or persons whomever, including myself, caused or occasioned by or as a result of the use of the log splitter and all costs and expenses for damage to property whatsoever, including the log splitter, while in my custody and control and until it's returned to DLPOA where designated by DLPOA.
